Rachel Meinhart - Director
Rachel Meinhart, a Spring Hill native, grew up in recording studios doing voiceover and vocal work for Lee Greenwood, Franklin Graham, Veggie Tales, and LifeWay Productions. She is a proud graduate of Columbia College Chicago where she earned a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance (2014). She has since gone on to perform with theaters such as The Goodman Theatre, Broadway in Chicago, Apollo Theater, Theater Wit, and the Royal George. Most recently, Rachel appeared in Nashville Rep’s production of RENT. Other favorite credits include The Wolves, Hairspray, Elephant & Piggie, Chicago, Sisters of Swing, A Charlie Brown Christmas, Mr. Burns, and Violet as well as Norwegian Cruise Lines’ For The Record Live: The Brat Pack. Television appearances include Chicago PD, Parks and Recreation, and Nashville as well as a national campaign for Buddig.
Aside from her time spent on the stage, Rachel has been fortunate enough to be a teaching artist at one of Chicago's top children's theater programs! She has created developmental curriculum and shows for young artists from the ages of 4 to 18. Favorite titles taught include Hamilton, Wicked, Moana, Polar Express, The Sound of Music, Trolls, and Wizard of Oz plus many more.

Makai Keur - Music Director
Makai Keur was born in Franklin, TN. He is a classically trained pianist that’s been playing music in churches, musical theater, studios, and local venues since he was very young.
Makai started working with Cubby’s Music in Nashville in high school. Through there, he had the opportunity to hone his arrangement and orchestration skills and the chance to work with many different projects, including Katy Perry, Steven Tyler, Josh Groban, and the Presidential Inaugural Ball. Throughout high school, Makai worked with different theater companies around the area as an instrumentalist and music director.
Makai has also worked as a composer for musical theater, film, and advertising in multiple capacities. His work has been recognized by the National Endowment for the Arts and the American Theater Wing, and he has done work for Carnival Cruise lines. Makai attended Berklee College of Music and is currently working in Franklin, TN.

Kailee Lingelbach - Stage Manager
Kailee Lingelbach is honored to serve as Source One Five's stage manager for Next to Normal. This will be her ninth show with the company, with past credits including Godspell, The Christmas Schooner, Guys & Dolls in Concert, Radium Girls, and The Sound of Music. She has loved working both backstage and onstage with various theatre companies in the area for the past nine years, and her love for theatre has only grown in her time with Source One Five. She is passionate about the company's mission to serve the plethora of talented artists in our community, and she truly believes Source One Five provides a radiant light to all who seek refuge in it. She would like to thank her family, Makai, and his family for all of their love and support for everything she does. Enjoy the show!

Lily Schwarz-Peterson - Assistant Stage Manager
Lily is delighted to join Source One Five for their production of Next to Normal as an Assistant Stage Manager. She is a dedicated theater enthusiast and current theatre directing student at Belmont University. Prior to this production, Lily has been actively involved in various theater projects at Belmont University, including serving as the Assistant Stage Manager for The Good Times are Killing Me and as the Stage Manager for Love's Labor's Lost, a collaborative production between Belmont University and the Nashville Shakespeare Festival. She also took on the role of Assistant Director for Silent Sky.
Since her first work with Source One Five's production of Radium Girls, Lily has assistant stage managed Sound of Music with Source One Five and stage managed The Spitfire Grill with the Renaissance Players. Continuing her journey with Source One Five marks an exciting chapter in Lily's theater career, and she is thrilled to be a part of such a talented team. Lily would like to express her deepest gratitude to her husband for his unwavering support throughout her theater endeavors. She is grateful for being a part of the memorable experience of Next to Normal and many more productions to come.

Megan Hardgrave - Set Designer
Megan has been working in visual and performing arts as a designer, director, and educator for over 20 years. This is her 12th production with Source One Five. She is currently the director at Centennial Center Stage Theatre. Some of her favorite past productions include: Center Stage - Twelfth Night the Musical (2024), The Importance of Being Earnest (2023), Eurydice (2023), Beauty and the Beast (2023), Done to Death (2022), & Almost, Maine (2020) – Source One Five – Sound of Music (2023), Radium Girls (2023), Guys & Dolls (2023), The Christmas Schooner (2022), Godspell (2022), Peter & the Starcatcher (2022), & The Fantasticks (2020). Megan loves to stretch the imagination and elevate the artistry of productions to inspire creative and meaningful storytelling. She would like to thank her children, family, and friends for their constant support and encouragement.

Sam Wilde - Lighting Designer
Sam is so excited to be designing another incredible production for Source One Five. He is a Nashville native and works professionally in the TV & Live Production industry. His credits include; Theatrical: Peter and the Starcatcher, Godspell, The Christmas Schooner, Guys and Dolls, Radium Girls, The Sounds of Music. Touring: Chris Tomlin, Russell Dickerson, We The Kingdom, CeCe Winans, Lady A. TV: The Stellar Awards, CMT Awards, K-LOVE, CMA Awards, Black History Honors, Black Music Honors, People Choice Country Awards, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Christmas and the Opry, Opry Live, The Tony Awards, Bert Kreischer. Sammy is also a four-time Broawayworld Best Lighting Design nominee for his designs for Source One Five. He is so proud of this show and loves every second working this incredible production team. He also wants to thank this remarkable cast for all their hard work and putting on such a beautiful production.

Jason Dodson - Sound Designer
Jason is going into his freshman year at Middle Tennessee State University. This is his 4th production with Source 15. He has been mixing sound for 4 years and professionally for 1. He would to give a huge shout out to the production team for giving him the opportunity to work along side them while they show their talent throughout the design process and the production itself. Maddi Patoto
Description goes hereMaddi Patoto is thrilled to join Source One Five for their production of Next to Normal as their costume coordinator and wardrobe supervisor. In the past, she has assumed many positions in the world of theatre. She is currently studying Theatre Performance at Belmont University. Some of her most recent acting credits include Miss Bott in Blue Stockings (Belmont University); Williamina Fleming u/s in Silent Sky (Belmont University); Narrator for VBS Camp Firelight Series and VBS Hero Central Series; Margo in the short film Hey! Lord; and Sereny Harper in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (Annie Moses Foundation). While being at Belmont, she has developed a passion for directing and costuming. She currently works for the Belmont University’s Costume Shop, constructing and altering costumes for productions and has grown to love the process of Wardrobe supervising through the production of Belmont’s Lucky Stiff. She is extremely grateful to Source One Five for having her be a part of this amazing production, and hopes you enjoy the show!

Braxton Algood - Assistant Music Director
Braxton Algood is a bass player/music director/writer/producer from Nashville, TN. He has worked on various music projects across the country and was awarded the United States Marine Corps Foundation “Semper Fidelis Award For Outstanding Bandman and Soloist” in 2021 .Braxton has collaborated with artists, producers, composers, and other musicians to write, record, and perform tracks for various projects across different genres of music on multiple instruments. He is currently studying Commercial Music Production at Lipscomb University. Past projects have included work with Souce One Five, Logan Bennett, The Franklin Exodus, the Lipscomb University Gospel Choir, and Music City Mystique.
